- Allow Wave Strategies to use marketing data to optimize your campaigns.
- Make timely payments as outlined in your service agreement.
- Refrain from sharing proprietary strategies, reports, or software access with third parties.
3. Payment & Refunds
All payments must be made according to the agreed-upon plan.
- If we fail to deliver the promised 50 high-quality leads in 30 days, we offer a money-back guarantee.
- Refunds are not provided for completed services unless covered under our lead guarantee policy.
- Any unpaid invoices may result in paused services or legal action.
4. Lead Generation Disclaimer
We guarantee the delivery of leads, but we do not guarantee that every lead will convert into a paying customer.
Wave Strategies is not responsible for the sales process after leads have been delivered to the client.
5. Service Modifications & Termination
Wave Strategies reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service with notice.
- Clients may cancel services, but no refunds will be issued for work already performed.
- If a client engages in fraudulent activity or breaches these terms, we reserve the right to terminate services immediately.
6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All marketing materials, strategies, and ad creatives developed by Wave Strategies remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise.
Any confidential business information shared with us will remain private and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
7. Liability Limitation
Wave Strategies is not liable for any business losses, including revenue declines, that may arise from the use of our services.
We are not responsible for policy changes by advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) that may impact results.
